Peace & Love appears on Mandrill's first album entitled Mandrill and was recorded and released in 1970. This "great work" was performed at Philharmonic Hall in New York City to a sold out audience. Mandrill was accompanied by an eighty piece orchestra (Symphony of the New World) and a two hundred voice chorus, directed by the renowned conductor "Coleridge Taylor Perkinson." The concert was recorded by the BBC and broadcasted in England. Additionally, Voice of America beamed this event to all of Europe as well as behind the iron curtain!
